All US orders ship from our Houston warehouse. We deliver across most of the continental US, and availability for your address is confirmed at checkout.
Delivery Options
One flat rate per order, no matter how many items.
Standard – $50
Delivered inside your home, any number of stairs. Best for small, lightweight items.
Room of Choice – $150
A 2-person team places your items in the room of your choice, any number of stairs. Items remain boxed.
White Glove – $180
A 2-person team places your items in the room of your choice, unpacks, assembles, and removes all packaging. Any number of stairs.
We recommend Room of Choice or White Glove for heavy or bulky pieces.
All furniture arrives assembled, except desks and small side tables, which need light assembly to prevent damage in transit (included with White Glove).
Delivery Timeframes
- In stock: Ships within 1–3 business days, then 5–12 business days in transit. Total: 6–15 business days.
- Pre-order: Items not yet in our Houston warehouse are sold as pre-orders. The estimated dispatch month is shown on each product page. If we can't dispatch by that date, we'll contact you.
Mixed orders: Orders containing pre-order items ship together once everything is in stock. We strongly recommend having all items delivered together. If you need in-stock items sooner, please contact us.
On Delivery Day
- You'll receive a tracking link once your order ships.
- Our delivery partner will confirm your delivery day and call about 30 minutes before arrival.
- A signature is required. You or an adult representative must be present.
- If no one is available, a redelivery fee charged by our delivery partner applies. Redelivery is booked once this fee is paid.
Damage
Please inspect your furniture on arrival. Report any transit damage within 48 hours, with photos, to support@larkwoodfurniture.com. For White Glove deliveries, please inspect your items before signing.

This product is designed for indoor use.
We do not recommend using this outdoors. However, if you choose to, it is recommended that you keep the product under cover and not exposed.

General care:
Do not position under direct heat or sunlight.
Do not allow any liquid to be left on any surface for prolonged periods of time. If this occurs, wipe with down the surface with a clean wet cloth.
We do not recommend painting, sanding or varnishing.

CARING FOR YOUR WOODEN FURNITURE
Wood is a natural material.
During warm, humid weather wood can expand.
During dry weather wood contracts. These seasonal variations are normal characteristics of wood.
Do not position in front of radiator, direct sunlight,
avoid direct heat, moist environments and not for outdoor use.
Do not use abrasive cleaners. Wipe wood with a damp cloth, followed by a dry cloth. Any spills should be removed immediately. Take care when moving the furniture.
To maintain the colour and quality of the wood used for indoor only.
MINDI WOOD
Mindi is a hardwood timber, coarse in texture and their colour varies from light to dark brown. Natural variations may occur adding a charm to each piece.
MAHOGANY WOOD
Mahogany is a hardwood timber, coarse in texture and their reddish-brown colour.
TEAK WOOD
Teak is a hardwood timber, coarse in texture and their colour varies from golden to brown colour.
Teak wood is typically used in our Outdoor Collection for more intricate joinery in our Indoor Furniture Colleciton.
Leather & Vegan Leather:
Avoid sharp objects and excessive force to prevent scratches and tears.
Keep it out of direct sun to avoid fading.
Keep the design distanced from fireplaces and heating vents. High temperature and humidity can dry leather out.
We suggest you steer clear of wax, polish, soaps and oil leather cleaners. They can affect the finish or discolour the leather. For small spots and spills use a dampened, soft cloth and let it air dry. For oil, butter, or grease spills use a clean, dry using cloth. Do not use water. The spot should naturally sink into the leather and fade away.
Apply a leather conditioner to keep the leather soft and prevent drying out. For scratches rub leather conditioner with your finger or a soft cloth.
For thorough cleaning, we suggest taking this piece to a leather specialist only.
Fabric:
The fabric has been treated for soil and stain resistance. If the fabric gets dirty, apply 10-20ml of detergent solution on top of the spot; use a soft bristle brush to clean the fabric. Softly clean with a clean cloth and cold water. Allow the fabric to air dry.
Water Hyacinth (Rope Weave) :
The French Modernist Armchair - Natural is made from Water Hyacinth rope, a natural unprocessed product. Keep it clean by using normal white vinegar from your local supermarket, spray in low quantities directly into the weaving, and use a soft toothbrush to clean it. Dab dry with a clean towel and allow to completely air dry before using. Avoid using bleach.
Keep this material away from high-humidity areas for prolonged periods of time.

Try any in-stock Larkwood piece at home for 30 days. If it isn't right for your space, we'll collect it and refund the product price.
How it works
- Unbox and live with it. It takes time to get to know a piece of furniture, so you have 30 days from delivery to decide.
- Not for you? Email support@larkwoodfurniture.com.au to arrange your return.
- Wrap it, and we'll collect it. Wrap the item securely, and one of our courier partners will pick it up from your home. Return freight is capped at $200 per order in metro Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, and quoted elsewhere. We'll confirm the cost before booking.
- Get your refund. Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we refund the product price, less the confirmed return freight.
Items must be in the condition they were delivered in, allowing for normal light use. Original delivery fees aren't refunded. Made-to-order and Final Sale items aren't included. Available in Australia only. Full terms are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Everything you need to know about the Marguerite Bedside
How do I clean and maintain it?
This design is made of Mindi Wood.
The wood is already sealed and treated for mold by us, so all you have to use is a dry cloth to remove any dust, we do not recommend using any chemicals like cleaning products directly to the wood, this may damage the finish.
Also, do not use any oils or vanish on the wood.
Do I have to assemble this design, and what's the delivery process?
This design will arrive at your home assembled and ready to use.
Depending on where you live, you will receive the bedside boxed up, or in a single faced carboard, either way the armchair is delivered safely to you.
Our couriers travel to each state every 2-3 weeks, so they will contact you a day prior to your delivery to organise the delivery date and time that suits you.
We are flexible with delivery dates and times when we can!
What type of runners does the bedside use?
If you cannot seem to see the runners of the bedside on the pictures, that is because we designed the bedside with stainless steel runners on the side of each drawer.
The Marguerite Bedside uses soft close system.

Beautiful piece of furniture, very happy with the looks. The drawers smelled very strongly of varnish or something when they arrived but after a couple weeks the smell is finally fading. From order to delivery in north QLD took about 7 weeks. They took a while to organize delivery but were really responsive when the courier was having communication issues. It was well packaged with lots of padding.
Such a beautiful piece of furniture. We had some issues with the freight company - the team at Larkwood made the delivery themselves! Incredible customer service.

Very well crafted table. The polish was very pungent when we first got it but that has subsided over time.

I purchased these bedside tables with the matching chest of drawers. They are all beautiful pieces of furniture. The only downside with the bedside table is that due to the drawers being sticky at the start they go to pull the table forward, especially if not much on them. Great customer service and a delivery process. I would purchase from Lakewood again.
